Resource Spotlight

‘Fostering Successful Transitions to Adulthood Through Collaboration’

This newest issue of the Exchange, a practical periodical for youth service providers, explores the ways transitional living programs, or TLPs, and Chafee Foster Care Independence Programs, or CFCIPs, work together to support youth and achieve the shared goal of helping them become successful adults. The issue also gives staff of TLPs and CFCIPs tips on collaborating in their communities and working with schools. The Exchange is a publication of the Family and Youth Services Bureau’s National Clearinghouse on Families & Youth.
