‘Fostering Successful Transitions to Adulthood Through Collaboration’ This newest issue of the Exchange, a practical periodical for youth service providers, explores the ways transitional living programs, or TLPs, and Chafee Foster Care Independence Programs, or CFCIPs, work together to support youth and achieve the shared goal of helping them become successful adults. The issue also gives staff of TLPs and CFCIPs tips on collaborating in their communities and working with schools. The Exchange is a publication of the Family and Youth Services Bureau’s National Clearinghouse on Families & Youth. Read “Fostering Successful Transitions” online or order printed copies. Youth Service America Seeks Examples of Youth Who Give Back Youth Service America is expanding its guide to effective practices for engaging at-risk youth in community service.
